Q:
In your Dreamtale au does Nightmare ever find out about Dream being drugged by one of the villagers? If not what would his reaction be?
He kinda knows something is off even as a kid, and he's able to piece the rest together as an adult, so… He's kinda aware.
Like, Nightmare knew from the start something fishy was going on. He just didn't know the extent of it. So… upset but not surprised.
Q:
hey do you remember Sans's Happy Song ?
It just came up a few asks ago. Why?
Q:
Hello! I love your art! Feel free to ignore this but i was wondering of you could recommend any good found family or platonic fanfics? I'm in the mood for fluffy things :)

This is gonna sound extremely silly, but, despite being very much a fan of platonic dynamics, I can't really think of a lot of fics of that kind… Which probably has something to do with how I'm obsessed with certain characters which keeps me firmly in the "Multiverse-scale" part of the fandom — and that part of the fandom is… uh… less good for family stuff than the rest, but eh…
So, uh… scraping around what I even could remember left me with this:
• If you want a canon-adjacent, in-character depictions: "Whatever It Takes" by cola_mint (G, translated from Russian). A one-shot of family fluff featuring Top!Gaster, Aster and Ink, where the heavily domestic duo considers the implications and consequences of having a gremlin of a child.
• If you're okay with crack-fic and/or OOC stuff: "Blood Moon" series by EmmaraldNightmare (rating varies from G to M). Focuses on "Bad Sanses" and "Star Sanses" and a variety of things happening. The fics are fairly self-contained so you can choose which to read and which to skip if you feel like it. I don't think it was intended as crack-fic, but that's how my mind processes them. Basically, if "No one got everything right during the holidays. Some families got the wrong presents, others argued over the decorations. His had chainsaw jousting matches on gaster blasters. To each their own." sounds like your type of humor, give it a try. If it doesn't, pass.
• If you're okay with what is basically an AU of an AU of an AU: "Adopt or Be Adopted" series by century_berry (rated G to T). The two stories share no connection between them apart from the main theme: a kiddo named Blank (who is an AU version of Frisk, I think?) gets themself adopted. It's adorable. It's also really deep down the rabbit hole of AU stuff, so… up to you.

I found it funny reading the past ask, because I started to follow you because I found Sans happy song. Then i completely forgot who you were and just saw you as cool mutual, then I read your ask and my brain goes "hey! I know this video, can't believe this person did it!"

…That video is cursed, I swear! XD
Q:
Hm...Nah neither self-centered nor bastard describe you. You're amazing!
Also sarcasm makes everything better, and from what I've seen you're super friendly!

No, no, my dude. I'm not fishing for compliments here or anything. Their assessment is, in fact, pretty on point, and I'm not in any way perturbed by it. If anything, I think it's amusing :D
Q:

Not sure what the 0 and 10 stand for in the numeric score, so no comment on that :P
Q:
I dunno if anyone has asked you about this before but I was going through your inktobertale stuff again and I was curious if you actually do each piece day by day or like, plan and prep them in advance and then finish them before you post? Ive struggled with doing more than two days for a month long art challenge like that so i was curious how you tackled it!
Anonymous
Well, I technically have one Freshuary (Fresh-themed month challenge), two Inktober, two Inktobertale and one random August challenges — all of them completed successfully, so… Not just this year's Inktobertale.
I never start drawing these challenges before the month actually starts, but I do often work a little in advance during the month. It helps to work around unexpected circumstances or extra-busy days.
Best practice I can recommend for actually succeeding… Before you attempt a challenge, consider what the minimal requirements for your filled prompts are. Like, we're talking absolute minimum.
Example: for Inktobertale, my personal basics this year were: 1) features Ink; 2) inked; 3) fulfills prompt in some way. I mean, it would be cool to have detailed backgrounds, complicated poses and/or comics every day, but realistically? As long as the main three rules are fulfilled, it's good enough.
There are no real tricks other than that. Well, unless you count "challenge first, other leisure activities later" attitude a trick.
Q:
Yeah! I thought so! I finally decided to come to Tumblr the other day and I just now saw something of yours. Sorry for not realizing sooner.

Nah, dude, you're cool! I was just… heavily reminded of people who'd follow me for, like, years, and then suddenly they go, "Wait, you're the person who did Sans's Happy Song!" as if the YouTube account has a different name or something. It's just kinda funny to me how many times it's happened — and that's way more times than you'd expect! XD
Q:
I knew I recognized your style from somewhere! You have a Deviantart, don't you?
Anonymous
Uh… Yeah? Under the same exact username???
Q:
[[Hey any chance you're going to post the pics you used in your Ink "Here comes the boy" meme? Which I loved by the way, made my whole month]]
Not sure why that is necessary, considering the video is, like, 13 doodles from my sketchbook with very basic editing, but here ya go, I guess.
